- Do you offer refunds?
- If a paid plan isn't working out, email support@sitewell.app within 14 days of your charge and we'll refund it, no interrogation. After that, you can cancel any time to stop future charges.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep Pro or Agency features through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't charge you again.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle so you don't lose time you've paid for.
- What counts as a monitor?
- A monitor is one URL Sitewell watches on a schedule. Free includes 1, Pro includes 50, and Agency includes 250. The free one-off tools are always unlimited and never count against this.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free tools and your first monitor need no card at all. You only add billing when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Agency.
