Using Sitewell
By using Sitewell you agree to these terms. The free tools — bulk HTTP status, redirect checker, broken link checker, and SSL/domain expiry checker — are provided as is, for checking sites you own or have permission to test.
Acceptable use
Don't use the checkers to attack, overload, or scrape sites you don't control. Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, automate abuse, or use Sitewell to disrupt third-party services. We may throttle or block traffic that looks like abuse to keep the service healthy for everyone.
Accounts
Monitors require an account, secured by a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email address. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly. Plan details and limits are listed on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period; we don't charge again after cancellation. Full billing terms and the payment processor will be finalized when paid plans launch.
Availability
We work hard to keep Sitewell up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring is a best-effort signal, not a contractual SLA — treat alerts as a helpful heads-up, not a guarantee of catching every incident.
Limitation of liability
Sitewell is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed alerts, downtime, or inaccuracies in any check. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
