Website Audit & Health Score

One URL, one score. Reachability, SSL, headers, meta and crawlability — graded. Free, no signup.

>

A single broken redirect, an expired certificate, or a missing meta description can quietly bleed traffic for weeks before anyone notices. This audit rolls every one of those checks into one number, so you can see at a glance whether a site is healthy — and exactly which area to fix first.

Want the raw numbers behind a specific check? Jump straight to the SSL checker, header checker, or meta tag checker.

How it works

  1. 01

    Enter a URL

Type any site URL — no protocol or path needed, just the address you want graded.

  2. 02

    Run the audit

Sitewell fans out reachability, redirect, SSL, header, meta and crawlability probes in parallel — all through SSRF-guarded fetchers.

  3. 03

    Read the score

Get a 0-100 health score and grade, with every check broken down by category and a link to dig deeper.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Sitewell site audit check?
It runs a single URL through six categories of checks — reachability (final HTTP status), redirects (chain length and loops), SSL certificate validity and expiry, security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Content-Type-Options), meta and Open Graph tags, and crawlability (robots.txt and sitemap.xml). Each check is weighted into one 0-100 health score and a letter grade.
How is the health score calculated?
Every check contributes its weight to the score: a pass earns full weight, a warning earns half, and a failure earns none. The score is the percentage of weight earned, then mapped to a grade — A is 90+, B is 80+, C is 70+, D is 60+, and anything lower is an F.
Is this safe to run on any URL?
Yes. Every outbound request goes through Sitewell's SSRF-hardened fetchers, which resolve the host and block private, internal, or loopback addresses on every redirect hop. Private hosts are rejected without being fetched.
Can I dig deeper into a specific issue?
Each result links to the dedicated single-purpose tool — HTTP status, redirects, SSL, headers and meta tags — so you can re-run just that check with full detail and export the results.
